Concert - Vocal Concert "Zar-Var"

On June 3 at 7:30 PM, the welcoming hall of the Aram Khachaturian House-Museum will host a vocal music concert titled “Zar-Var.” For the first time, the complete famous romance cycle “Zar-Var” by Romanos Melikyan will be performed. It is considered one of the composer’s finest collections, distinguished by its bright, lyrical, and at times humorous character.   The concert program will feature: Magda Mkrtchyan /Honored Artist of the Republic of Armenia, soprano, soloist of the A. Spendiaryan National Academic Opera and Ballet Theatre/, Nune Melik-Vrtanesyan /pianist, international competition laureate/. Suzanna Bare /mezzo-soprano/ will also perform during the evening.
