Concert - Konstantin Petrosyan: Anniversary Concert

On September 28 at 19:00, the Aram Khachaturian Concert Hall will host the jubilee author’s concert of Konstantin Petrosyan, a renowned Armenian composer, pianist and conductor, Honored Cultural Figure of Armenia, recipient of the Movses Khorenatsi Medal and the Saint Sahak and Saint Mesrop Orders. For the first time on the Armenian stage, Konstantin Petrosyan’s series of arrangements of folk songs “Native Echoes” and the world’s only Concerto for Voice and Jazz Orchestra will be performed, conducted by the composer himself. The concert will also feature the composer’s renowned and legendary vocal-instrumental works, performed by acclaimed soloists.
