Classical - Gala concert

The final stage of the Fourth International Mansurian Composers Competition will conclude with a ceremonial gala concert. Performed by the “Asonance” Ensemble, the works of the six finalist composers will be premiered, inspired by the poetry of Hovhannes Grigoryan, Mkrtich Khrimian, Nerses Shnorhali, Henrik Edoyan, Gevorg Dodokhyan, and Tatev Chakhian. At the end of the concert, the jury — composed of distinguished musicians active in the international music scene — together with the audience, will listen to the compositions and announce their final decision, revealing the winners of the competition. The honorary guest of the evening is People’s Artist of the Republic of Armenia, composer Tigran Mansurian.
