"I have tried to capture a snapshot of today's urban youth — their instinctive
rhythms and aspirations."
— Rudolf Kharatyan
LA BOHÈME
A new, restless heart beats at the core of Parisian bohème. A young man from the
suburbs, brimming with inexperienced confidence, yearns to conquer the world and
fulfill a seemingly impossible dream. On the cruel yet beautiful path of life
and love, he faces obstacles that either break or forge. He chooses the latter,
putting everything on the line.
Overcoming it all, he becomes a Star. He becomes a Legend. He is Aznavour.
A story of success through the eyes of a wise artist looking at the world he
transformed with his presence. A living bridge between past and future — memory
woven into eternity and an unceasing aspiration.
TANGO
Tango begins where words end. Born in the dark corners of Buenos Aires, it
passed through the lavish salons of Paris and has now arrived in Yerevan —
becoming a mirror of our urban daily life. But this is not simply a dance. It is
a collision of high-society aesthetics and street passion.
Rudolf Kharatyan, through the perfection of dance, reveals the inner turmoil of
tango. On stage is the youth of Yerevan — with their complex, sometimes harsh,
yet sincere relationships.
A few steps, a few turns, and the masks are torn away.
Here, rhythm is not music — it is instinct.
This is a performance about those who seek intimacy while fearing the loss of
their own self.
