Outdoor Pilates and padel in one active, energizing morning. The day starts with
a Pilates session, then continues with padel, where participants will learn the
basic techniques of the game and try their skills on the court.
The program includes 1 hour of Pilates, 1 hour of padel training, and
complimentary treats from the sponsors. Join a healthy, dynamic morning filled
with movement, new connections, and good mood.
