Courses - Biology Club for Schoolchildren (Junior Group)
Apr 10 β’ 6:30 PM
About the event
Have you ever wondered how the world around us works? Why do plants reach for
the sun? How do animals adapt to life? And how has evolution shaped all living
things on the planet?
We are starting a biology club where school students can not only learn the
fundamentals of modern biology but also try their hand at being real
researchers.
What awaits participants:
Basic knowledge of botany, zoology, and the theory of evolution.
Practice in collecting museum and scientific material.
Basics of biological illustration.
Methods of conducting scientific research.
Field trips and outdoor observations.
This is a club for those who want not just to read about biology in a textbook,
but to see it in real life, to explore, to discover, and to be amazed.
The club will be led by Leonid Neymark, a zoologist and graduate of the Faculty
of Biology at Moscow State University.
