On September 12, Ommm. will create a unique experience on the rooftop of the Aram Khachaturian Concert Hall, combining yoga and Pilates, welcoming the sunrise together. Ommm. ABOVE THE CITY is not just a morning workout. This is a three-hour Ommm. experience designed to start the day slowly and uniquely. Program 06:30 — Gathering & sunrise moment 07:00–07:45 — Yoga session 07:45–08:30 — Stretching session 08:30–09:30 — Tea & Ommm. morning ritual We will continue the morning with Ommm.
