“Carmen Suite”: NCOA With the support of the Ministry of Education, Science, Culture and Sports of the Republic of Armenia, the National Chamber Orchestra of Armenia, the Embassy of the French Republic in Armenia, and the Institut français d’Arménie will present the gala concert of the Francophonie Days events on April 30 at 7:30 PM at the Aram Khachaturian Concert Hall.
